Information you submit
Product orders ask only for your name, mobile number and delivery location, entered as an address or map link. Freezer and contact forms request additional details relevant to the request. We use these details to review your request, assess coverage and contact you to arrange supply and follow-up.
Data storage and access
Requests are stored for follow-up by authorized management. Your request details are not published to website visitors. Tracking requires your reference and the mobile number used to submit the request. Keep the reference safe and share it only with people you authorize.
Cart and location access
The website saves your cart and latest request reference on your device for convenience. Location access is optional and starts only when you select 'Locate me' and grant browser permission. You can enter an address or paste a map link instead.
Prices, confirmation and payment
Displayed prices include VAT. Submitting the form records a request for review. Availability, free quantities, delivery coverage and timing are confirmed with sales. The request form doesn't collect payments or issue tax invoices; payment and invoicing are arranged with the team.
Display freezer requests
Freezer requests are preliminary and subject to location assessment, availability and the supply and custody terms agreed with the business. Submitting a request doesn't guarantee a freezer.
